In this training, I want to share with you how you can effectively nurture your leads using Instant. Lead nurturing is a crucial step in turning leads into actual revenue, and Instant makes it easy to accomplish. So let's dive in!
First off, it's important to understand that while Instant does a great job of educating leads with your lead magnet and providing it to them immediately, it's always beneficial to have a longer-term nurturing strategy in place. This is where integrating with your email platform comes in handy. In this training, I'll show you how to connect Instant with any email platform using our Zapier integration.
To start, you can check out the leads you've generated by clicking on the βLeadsβ tab. Here, you can see a summary of the leads, including whether they meet your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and their ICP segment. If you want to manually follow up with these leads, you can do so from this section. However, for automated nurturing, the Zapier integration is key.
Hereβs how to connect Instant to your Email Platform so you can nurture your leads:
- To connect Instant with Zapier, simply click on the "Connect to Zapier" button.
- You'll be taken to Zapier, where you can create a new Zap. Choose Instant as the trigger for your Zap, and select the version of Instant landing page you're using.
- With the Instant integration with Zapier, you have two events to monitor: New Lead and Lead Event. The "New Lead" event triggers every time a new lead is generated, while the "Lead Event" event triggers when a lead takes action in your lead magnet. For this example, we'll focus on the "new lead" trigger.
- Next, choose your email platform where you want to send the leads. Many popular email platforms, such as ConvertKit, can be easily integrated with Zapier. Choose the action, such as adding a subscriber to a form, in your email platform. You can then map the lead data that Instant provides, such as name and email address, to be added to your email automation sequence.
- Once you've set up the integration, test the trigger to ensure that it's working correctly. With this setup, every time a new lead is generated in Instant, it will automatically be sent to your email platform and added to your nurture sequence.
It's worth noting that you can use any email platform you prefer, not just ConvertKit. Zapier integrates with many platforms, including CRMs and dialers, so if you want to send the lead data elsewhere, it's just as simple to set up.
That's it! By following these steps, you'll be able to nurture your leads effectively using Instant and your chosen email platform. Remember, lead nurturing is crucial for converting leads into revenue, so take advantage of the automation capabilities that Instant and Zapier offer. Onwards!
